Get rid of stress?

How can we resist these pressures? Unfortunately there is no answer that can be applied 100%. Be more relaxed, have a positive attitude towards the problems that await solution – this is the secret.
Causes of stress
- Too much work – not only have to solve your challenges at your work place, but you must plan your time so you have time to do general cleaning, to spend time with loved ones, etc.
- Time pressure and deadlines
- Apparent lack of support – your chiefs and people in leadership are stressed, they have too many problems to be resolved quickly;
Strategies to fight
- Do not forget the positive attitude! As you have the clearest mind, the more you’ll be more motivated, and manage to finish your latest projects in a short time, without major headaches.
- Do not try to accomplish more difficult and important tasks in a single day. If you want adventure, rent a good movie and relax yourself in front of the TV with family. Nobody has time to be impressed by your past accomplishments. Battles with windmills are given in novels and movies, less frequently in everyday life.
- Relax through exercise and stretching. Physical activity triggers the release of endorphins, chemicals responsible for feelings of pleasure and reconciliation. Sport frees your mind of all problems, even for short periods.
- Sleep as much! Do not feel guilty if you go to sleep and you did not finished the project. The next day you wake up refreshed you’ll have a clearer mind to to finish what you’ve proposed. The more your head will be clearer, the better you work.
- Try to make a clear distinction between the time that you spend at work and home time. Overworking is a great enemy of which can cause involuntary mistakes. Never forget that nothing is more important than the health of your body!
