Stop Nighttime Binges?

It is one of the most common – but unfortunately one of the most damaging, in this category are several types of behaviors.

I offer a number of ways with which you will not be so hungry.

- Lunch should be the most important meal of the day and more consistent. Protein, fiber and carbohydrates you should not miss. If you do so, have all chances to feel very good dinner with a bowl of cereal with skim milk or an apple.

- If you know you will not resist the temptation to crunch, prepare your menu in advance, counting calories as possible and focusing on as many vegetables and low fat dairy products. If hunger is not caused by other reasons (such as a load or stress), feeling of fullness should persist until the next morning.

- If, looking at TV, for instance, if you cannot resist without crunching something, fruits are preferred, you’d better give up TV and read a book. The temptation to crunch something will be considerably diminished.

- Eventually, somewhere is also about a psychological factor, during the day, we can manage to eat only foods low in calories, when we get home, seems like we change our mind.

- Avoid alcohol, not only that alcoholic beverages are quite high in calories, but lead to increased appetite.

One of the mistakes many people make is to eat bad during the day (this happens mostly during the diet). No wonder that at dinner time you feel like you “die” of hunger and you eat everything you see in front.

Therefore you should eat balanced and never miss breakfast. If you feel like and a little math, we recommend that two thirds of total daily calories to be consumed before dinner time.

You can prevent this in the following ways:

- Reduce caffeine consumption as much because it is an exciting and will enhance your twitter.
- Drink fruit juices and vegetables, they act as true “energy injections”.
- Exercise should be habitual.
